About the Position
Konstruktor Odzieży Dziecięcej (K/M/Inni)
Warszawa, mazowieckie
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Contract Type: Employment contract
Responsibilities
- Developing designs for children's clothing and accessories.
- Preparing technical documentation for suppliers.
- Collaborating with designers during the creation of new collections.
- Verifying prototypes and providing feedback on samples.
- Monitoring production compliance with technical documentation.
- Working with the procurement department and foreign manufacturers.
- Keeping track of technological and design trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Children's Clothing Designer or Clothing Technologist.
- Experience in collaborating with manufacturers in Asia (China, Bangladesh, India, Vietnam, etc.).
- Experience in preparing technical documentation for foreign production.
- Experience in the children's clothing industry is welcome.
- Higher or secondary education (clothing technology, textile, clothing design).
- Excellent knowledge of clothing construction.
- Ability to independently perform basic construction and clothing modeling.
- Knowledge of size grading.
- Knowledge of sewing technologies and production processes.
- Ability to create technical and technological documentation and size tables.
- Knowledge of technical drawing.
- Ability to assess the quality of prototypes and production.
- English language proficiency at least at B1/B2 level – enabling communication with foreign manufacturers and working with technical documentation.
