We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support outbound business development activities and help identify new business opportunities across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain CRM records and prospect databases
- Support ongoing business development and lead generation initiatives
Requirements
- At least a year of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role
- Experience with cold email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Experience using outbound automation tools
- Experience in generating B2B leads and building prospect pipelines
- English proficiency
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with international clients (US, Western Europe, Nordics, Canada)
- Experience in software, recruitment, marketing agencies, or professional services
- Understanding of IT services and technology-related industries

- Salary: 1300 - 1504 USD per month (net/month - B2B)
