Responsibilities

• Own QA processes across all Whitechain products: define, implement, and continuously improve standards and best practices;
• Test Web3 products: blockchain functionality, wallet integrations, bridge, RPC, and smart contracts;
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, UAT, and exploratory/ad-hoc testing;
• Analyze logs, network requests, and blockchain explorer data to investigate defects;
• Create, maintain, and update test cases, checklists, and QA documentation;
• Document and track defects in bug tracking systems; manage full bug lifecycle;
• Participate in refinements, planning sessions, requirement analysis, and release activities;
• Lead root cause analysis of production incidents;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams;
• Analyze test results, track quality metrics, and report QA status to stakeholders;
• Define and drive automation strategy; promote integration of automated tests into CI/CD;
• Mentor and provide guidance to the QA Engineers; support knowledge sharing within the team;

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance;
• At least 2 years of experience testing Web3 products or chains (L1/L2 blockchain, protocols, smart contracts);
• Experience with test automation (framework setup and maintenance);
• Experience working with analytics and monitoring/observability tools;
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and release management processes;
• Solid knowledge of API testing tools and practices;
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis;
• Experience in setting up and implementing QA processes from scratch or significantly improving existing ones;
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (test integration, pipeline configuration);
• AI Agentic experience (Claude Code / Codex / other agentic tooling);
• Practical experience creating and maintaining test cases, checklists, and bug reports in Jira and/or Qase;
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support QA colleagues;
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills;

• Experience with performance and load testing;
• Experience in security testing;
• Python experience;
