Legal Headhunter / Business Development (F/M/D)

About the Position

We are seeking a Legal Headhunter / Business Development professional with experience in the legal industry and B2B sales to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This role combines headhunting, building long-term client relationships, and business development in the legal sector.

Responsibilities

• Independently managing recruitment and headhunting processes in the legal sector.
• Actively sourcing candidates using direct search and executive search methods.
• Conducting recruitment interviews and evaluating candidates' experience, competencies, and motivation.
• Building and expanding a network of contacts in the legal environment.
• Actively acquiring new clients-law firms and companies seeking specialists in the legal sector.
• Developing cooperation with current clients and identifying new business opportunities.
• Conducting business meetings, understanding client needs, and preparing cooperation offers.
• Negotiating commercial terms and finalizing agreements.
• Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Monitoring the legal market and recruitment trends.
• Achieving individual recruitment and sales goals.

Requirements

• Professional experience gained in a law firm or directly in the legal industry.
• Very good knowledge of the functioning of law firms and the legal services market.
• Experience in managing recruitment processes, with experience in recruiting specialists and managers being desirable.
• Experience in B2B sales and active client acquisition.
• Ability to build and develop long-term business relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Fluency in conducting meetings with clients and candidates at managerial and executive levels.
• Independence, initiative, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Very good work organization.
• English language proficiency enabling fluent business communication.
