Linux System Administrator - Internal IT (m/w/d)

About the Role
Only when the internal application landscape at SysEleven runs smoothly can all your colleagues do their jobs. Together with your team, you will be the contact person for all colleagues regarding our (mainly open-source) applications, onboardings, and office IT.
Responsibilities
- Operational responsibility for internal assets (laptops/hardware and software services based on Openstack and K8s)
- Further development of existing internal assets and feature management
- Automation and definition of processes and documentation
- Remote support and on-site support for work equipment, conference rooms, and events
- Administrative work for on- and offboardings and conducting onboarding events for new employees
- Procurement and management of work equipment and handling damage cases
Requirements
- You have several years of professional experience with Linux/Unix systems, whether in a permanent position, self-employment, or through private engagement in projects
- You have several years of experience with DevOps technologies (Gitlab, Puppet | Ansible, K8s, Terraform)
- You can adapt well to different personalities and have ideally moderated video conferences with up to 5 people
- You see high added value in documentation maintenance and are happy to prepare your knowledge for others

We in Corporate IT are general practitioners and helpful contact persons for all problems with office IT and operate (almost) all applications on which internal processes at SysEleven depend and further develop them.
