  • EHS Compliance & Workplace Safety: Uphold strict environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards; assist with site-level risk identification, hazard assessments, and incident prevention.
  • Quality Control & Management Systems: Maintain operational records, SOPs, and documentation in compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO, 5S) and corporate governance guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvement Projects: Engage in operational efficiency, cost control, and process optimization initiatives, delivering data-driven performance insights.
  • Leadership Development & Succession Readiness: Progressively assume operational leadership responsibilities, building management capabilities to seamlessly transition into a line-management role.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in chemical plants or process manufacturing environments.
  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Operational Standards: Familiarity with-or strong willingness to learn-ISO management systems, 5S methodologies, and Lean continuous improvement concepts.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze on-site operational issues, propose solutions, and track results using data-driven metrics.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless operational workflows.
  • Adaptability & Mobility: Proactive, highly resilient under pressure, eager to adopt new technologies and modern management frameworks, and willing to participate in overseas training programs when required.
