About the Role

We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager Tax Process Transformation to join our team in one of the following locations: Berlin, Dresden, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Greifswald, Hamburg, Köln, Leipzig, Mannheim, München, Nürnberg, Potsdam, or Stuttgart.

Responsibilities

Shape the transformation of tax-relevant financial and business processes and support our clients in efficiently and sustainably implementing regulatory requirements.
Focus on the analysis, optimization, and standardization of end-to-end processes along Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
Manage E-Invoicing, ViDA, and other tax transformation initiatives from strategic conception to successful implementation.
Develop tax requirements for ERP and technology landscapes and support finance and SAP transformations at the interface of tax, finance, and IT.
Independently manage complex consulting projects, working closely with experts from tax, finance transformation, digital consulting, and technology.

Requirements

Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Law, or a comparable field.
Several years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting environment or in a transformation role within a company.
In-depth understanding of tax-relevant financial and business processes, particularly along Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes and implementing transformation projects.
Ability to connect tax requirements with technological and procedural issues.
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
