Manager, Strategic Accounts

About the Position

We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Accounts to lead and drive performance in enterprise sales. This role involves team leadership, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers across multiple regions or verticals
• Own team performance and pipeline health to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Partner with Sales coaches to support onboarding, ongoing training, and adoption of best practices
• Drive forecast accuracy, deal reviews, and proactive pipeline management using Salesforce or similar tools
• Collaborate with Marketing and SDR/Inside Sales teams to define and execute account-based strategies for new logo acquisition and expansion
• Identify process improvements and ensure consistent, scalable sales methodologies across the team
• Serve as an executive sponsor for key opportunities and support reps in high-impact enterprise deals
• Report on KPIs, business risks, and team needs to senior leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, including 2+ years in a sales leadership or management role
• Proven ability to lead teams in hitting or exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas
• Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics, and forecasting
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing top-performing sales talent
