Marketing / Digital Designer

About the Position

We are seeking a Marketing / Digital Designer with 2+ years of experience to create advertising materials and visual content for multiple brands in Odesa.

Responsibilities

• Creating advertising banners and visual creatives for different brands, adapted to their unique style, tone, and marketing goals.
• Designing visual content for social media brand pages (posts, stories, covers, promo materials).
• Maintaining and developing brand visual identity across all materials.
• Designing presentations (commercial, marketing, internal).
• Developing printed materials (brochures, flyers, posters, POS materials).
• Creating and designing brand merchandise (clothing, accessories, packaging).
• Preparing design files for digital use and print production.
• Collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to achieve business and campaign goals.
• Generating creative ideas while staying within brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
• Experience creating advertising materials for multiple brands and industries.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual consistency, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Understanding of marketing and digital communication principles.
• Ability to adapt design solutions to different platforms and formats.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with feedback.
• Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Intermediate level of English.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with social media marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of print production and prepress requirements.
• Experience in developing merchandise design.
• A portfolio with branding, advertising, and social media cases.
• Positive attitude and sense of humor 🙂
