Responsibilities

As a Marketing Product Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute online promotional campaigns across digital channels
• Drive qualified traffic through SEM, display advertising, affiliate partnerships, and CRM/email marketing
• Analyse website, sales, and marketing performance data to identify opportunities for growth
• Track and report on key KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, and subscriptions
• Monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations to maintain a competitive position
• Partner with merchandising, category, and marketing teams to deliver successful campaigns
• Use customer insights and feedback to improve the online customer journey and increase conversion

Requirements

• Fluent German and English
• Exposure in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Online Trading, or Performance Marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations
• Exposure with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, results-driven, and commercially focused mindset
