About the Position
Join our team as a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute marketing activities for international markets, focusing on LinkedIn and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run marketing activities based on company and sales goals.
- Research target markets, industries, companies, and potential customers.
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Prepare case studies, success stories, presentations, one-pagers, and other materials for Sales.
- Support LinkedIn and outbound campaigns with content, research, and ideas.
- Manage and update website content and landing pages.
- Test new channels, content formats, and marketing ideas.
Ideal Candidate
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in IT outsourcing marketing.
- Proven exposure to marketing for international markets (US / EU).
- Experience managing LinkedIn activities and creating engaging content for a B2B audience.
- Solid research skills with the ability to analyze target industries, companies, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Hands-on ability to create various content assets: LinkedIn posts, blog articles, case studies, one-pagers, and sales presentations.
- Basic experience with email marketing campaigns or newsletter setups (or ability to pick it up immediately).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales / Business Development to understand their collateral and lead gen needs.
- Proactive mindset with a high degree of self-organization, being able to take tasks from brief to completion.
