Media Planner

About the Position

HAVAS DGTL Kyiv, part of the global Havas Group and Havas Village Ukraine, operates at the intersection of creativity, digital, and media, creating effective campaigns for international and local brands.

We are currently seeking a Media Planner responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns to achieve clients' business goals, effectively utilize media budgets, and maximize results. The role involves working with digital channels (with a focus on digital first), interacting with contractors, analytics, and preparing recommendations for campaign improvement. Understanding the offline market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creating media plans based on client briefs, managing campaigns, and generating reports;
• Preparing tender proposals for new business according to client goals and objectives;
• Analyzing, managing, optimizing advertising campaigns, and preparing further recommendations for placements;
• Communicating with contractors (sales houses, direct placement platforms, etc.);
• Testing new tools, formats, placement systems, and monitoring;
• Controlling all placements.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian market, orientation in contractors and tools;
• Skills in working with Gemius, Google Analytics, TNS.
