Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Growth: Build strong relationships with dermatologists and GPs, detail dermatological formulations, and secure clinical recommendations.
Territory Planning & Omnichannel Execution: Develop and implement a territory business plan combining face-to-face and digital engagements to deliver a personalized omni-channel customer experience.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with Medical, Commercial, and Marketing teams; share intel with your territory brand buddy and log daily activity in Veeva CRM.
Events & Advocacy: Represent the brand at conferences, host or attend medical events, and act as a trusted brand ambassador.

Requirements

Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Commercial & Customer-Centric Selling
Clinical / Therapeutic Knowledge (dermatology advantageous)
Omnichannel Engagement & Digital Communication
CRM & Data-driven Reporting (Veeva experience beneficial)

Tertiary qualifications in pharmacy or a field of science preferred but not essential. Previous medical sales experience with GPs or specialists is highly regarded.
