About the Company

The Settimo Torinese plant is one of the main production centers of the L’Oréal Group worldwide and distributes its products in 30 countries. The site expresses the industrial, social, and environmental values of the Group, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and reducing environmental impact. It has been carbon neutral since 2015 and has been a Waterloop Factory since 2018.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identify anomalies and restore the correct functioning of AGVs, automatic warehouses, conveyors, filmers, and systems.
• System Interventions: Manage jams, alarms, and anomalies, evaluating priority and severity according to defined standards.
• System Monitoring: Verify the operation of AGV and automatic warehouse software, identify any deviations, and contribute to their resolution.
• Inspection and Maintenance: Perform checks and maintenance activities on equipment, including scheduled cleaning and sensor verification operations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Record interventions and activities performed, consulting technical manuals and using dedicated company tools.
• Safety and Quality: Follow procedures, use PPE correctly, and promptly report risks, hazardous situations, and quality anomalies.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in performance activities and apply methodologies such as PDCA, TAG, and QUICK KAIZEN.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Production Units, colleagues, technical managers, and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Education: Technical diploma is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of mechanics and electromechanical systems; pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Computer Skills: Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of E’tricc, SCADA, Optilog, Flexnet, or Mobility Work is a plus.
• Languages: Italian and basic English
• Safety Attitude: Attention to procedures, correct use of PPE, and reporting of risks.
