• 管理店铺业务和运营

  • 协助安排店铺运营和店务工作，使员工有更多的时间服务于顾客
  • 制定并分配业绩指标，支持店铺业务运营，激励员工并完成后续工作

  • 认真管理库存以提高顾客体验
  • 管理店铺费用并提供建议以保证店铺盈利能力
