Менеджер міжнародних партнерств

Connecta Consulting, a part of a Ukrainian social impact group, is looking for a Manager of International Partnerships to join our team in Kyiv. We aim to unite reconstruction, European integration, and international cooperation opportunities for a sustainable future in Ukraine. Our company helps businesses, public sector organizations, and international partners work together effectively and supports them at every stage of cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of partnership development from the first contact to the start of joint work
• Analysis of new projects and identification of relevant international programs, donors, and financial instruments for their implementation
• Building and maintaining partnerships with international stakeholders
• Initiating, organizing, and accompanying meetings with international partners alongside the company's managing partners
• Developing new project concepts with the team according to potential donors' priorities
• Coordinating the preparation of materials for negotiations, presentations, and partnership meetings
• Tracking new international funding opportunities
• Maintaining and updating the map of potential partnerships
• Advising government bodies, civil society organizations, and businesses on international cooperation strategies
• Consulting on partnership development and attracting international funding

Requirements

• Experience of at least 3 years in an international environment or interaction with international stakeholders
• Experience working with UN agencies, diplomatic missions, international financial institutions, international technical assistance projects, or other international organizations
• A solid understanding of the architecture of international cooperation in Ukraine in the context of recovery, reconstruction, and European integration
• Practical experience in attracting international funding, developing international projects, or developing partnerships
• Understanding the logic of work of international donors and partners
• Experience in building long-term partnerships and consortia
• Ability to identify potential international funding opportunities for projects
• Willingness to represent the company's interests in high-level meetings
• High level of self-organization, systematic approach, and responsibility
• Fluency in Ukrainian
• English proficiency at least C1 level
• Residence in Kyiv for offline meetings with partners

Nice to Have

• Experience in negotiating with international partners
• Experience in presenting the organization or projects at external meetings
