About the Position
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Dushanbe, focusing on building profitable products and using data and technology.
Responsibilities
- Understanding products and customer needs.
- Proposing ideas for product improvement.
- Studying the market, competitors, and trends.
- Collaborating with development, design, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Participating in roadmap development and implementing innovations.
- Monitoring product indicators (activation, retention, monetization, P&L).
- Using AI for analysis and prototyping.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge in product management.
- Any experience (internships, educational projects, pet projects) is a plus.
- Readiness to take responsibility and solve problems.
- Passion for digital products.
- Ability to clearly articulate thoughts.
- Understanding that our work impacts commerce and businesses.
- For experienced professionals: readiness to develop large projects.
- Preferred: English proficiency, pet projects, or fintech experience.
