Mid-level associate for Corporate and M&A Practice/ IT Practice

About the Position

ETERNA LAW is a European full-cycle law firm possessing strong expertise in Ukraine and the CIS region. We are a dynamic, client-oriented, and solution-focused firm with a team of energetic young professionals that provide concise and practical legal advice. We are now looking for a highly motivated Mid-level Associate to join the Corporate and IT practice team.

Responsibilities

• Taking part in different stages of corporate and IT projects
• Drafting/reviewing/updating legal documents, letters, e-mails
• Participating in project negotiations
• Analyzing legal documents, preparation of reports and opinions
• Interacting with state authorities, notaries, and other bodies
• Advising on various legal matters of corporate and IT practice

Requirements

• University degree in Law is a must
• At least 3 years of experience (preferably at Corporate and M&A Department or IT department)
• Excellent spoken and written English (including legal drafting), Ukrainian and Russian is a must
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Independent decision making
• Attentive to details
