We are currently looking for a Media Buyer who knows how to scale traffic without losing quality, can find new growth points, and wants to be part of a team that is systematically moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Effective management of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads;
• Search and testing of new GEO and creatives;
• Traffic analysis, optimization, and scaling;
• KPI fulfillment and ensuring traffic profitability;
• Setting detailed technical tasks for the motion designer and integrator;
• Continuous work on increasing the profitability and quality of traffic.

Requirements

• Experience in Facebook Ads from 1 year - mandatory;
• Experience in the iGaming vertical - mandatory;
• Knowledge of trackers: Keitaro or Binom;
• Experience with spend models or ROAS models;
• Experience with analytical tools: Tableau, Power BI, or own CRM systems;
• Understanding of key metrics: DEP2COST, CPA, ROI;
• Flexibility to changes in priorities and initiative;
• Discipline, attention to budget, and meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with alternative traffic sources: UAC, PPC, In-App, ASO;
• Experience with multiple antidetect browsers;
• Willingness to recommend new candidates to the team and assist in onboarding.
