We are currently looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who will take over the established partner portfolio, develop new partnerships, maintain the affiliate structure, and help the team confidently scale in Tier-1 markets.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing your own portfolio of affiliate partners (Tier-1 priority);
• Attracting and onboarding SEO, PPC, SMS/Email partners;
• Negotiating and optimizing deals to increase ROI and income;
• Analyzing campaigns, monitoring traffic effectiveness, and adjusting strategy;
• Working with numbers and budgets, preparing regular KPI reports;
• Scaling partnerships and achieving target KPIs;
• Monitoring and verifying partner payments;
• Collaborating with the brand, analytics, and payment systems;
• Participating in professional conferences for the development of the affiliate network.

Requirements

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager for at least 3 years (IGaming);
• Experience working with Tier-1 GEO (DE, AU, NZ, NL, UK, etc.);
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models;
• Experience with tracking platforms (Affilka, Referron: setting up postbacks);
• Skills in traffic analysis and working with metrics (FTD, LTV, ROI);
• Experience in negotiations and building long-term partnerships;
• English at least at the Intermediate level;
• Independence, proactivity, and focus on results.

Nice to Have

• Having your own affiliate base;
• Experience with SEO, PPC, Email;
• Understanding of anti-fraud practices in iGaming.

Recruitment Process

• Interview with the recruiter for 30-45 minutes.
• Technical interview with the Hiring Manager for 60 minutes. We will discuss your experience with partners, traffic, metrics, and your ability to analyze indicators.
• Final interview with the CMO for 45 minutes - during this interview, we will discuss real cases from your experience and verify the necessary competencies for this role.
• Gathering recommendations and background check.
