For a client in the Entertainment sector, we are looking for a Middle Pre-VIP Manager who will proactively communicate with clients and guide them to full VIP status.

Responsibilities

• Identifying potential VIP clients among new clients;
• Personal communication with clients: calls, messengers, email;
• Tracking client activity;
• Selecting personalized offers for each client;
• Supporting the client from registration to VIP status;
• Handing over clients to the VIP team when they are ready;
• Reporting on clients;
• Collaborating with VIP and CRM teams.

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming;
• At least 6 months of experience as a VIP Manager or 2 years in a contact center;
• At least 3 years of experience working with clients (B2C);
• Fluency in English is mandatory;
• Ability to easily contact clients and not be afraid of calls;
• Ability to work with data and draw conclusions from it;
• Proactiveness – you initiate contact with the client, not waiting for them to reach out;
• Experience with CRM systems and Tableau (or similar).

Nice to Have

• Experience with dashboards (Excel, BI tools);
• Knowledge of German.
