About the Position

HRK S.A. is seeking a Junior Administration Specialist (K/M/Inni) for its client, a renowned international construction company, to join their team in Piaseczno, Poland. This role offers stable employment and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

Managing administrative tasks related to the daily operations of the office
Overseeing the proper circulation of documents (contracts, invoices, correspondence) and their archiving
Qualifying cost invoices for the SaldeoSMART system
Issuing sales invoices (Comarch Optima)
Maintaining registers and reports
Managing the company fleet
Collaborating with other departments

Requirements

Proficiency in using billing software – mandatory
Ability to correctly prepare sales documents and corrections – mandatory
Experience in a similar position
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Commitment to the duties assigned
Punctuality and accuracy
Knowledge of SaldeoSMART and Comarch Optima – desirable
