About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer to create a polished 90-second animated platform demo for M2, an outdoor lifestyle video platform connecting creators, users, brands, gear, posts, tags, groups, events, and video content across multiple lifestyle silos including fishing, overlanding, rodeo/western, motorsports, MMA, and responsible firearm/outdoor training communities.

Responsibilities

Create a 90-second animated platform demo using provided Figma designs, brand assets, video clips, logo files, UI concepts, and written direction
Animate the following platform flows: user opening the M2 feed, watching a video, tapping gear tags, saving gear, following a creator, joining a group, RSVPing to an event, uploading a post, selecting a silo, adding tags, and viewing basic dashboard insights
Produce all required deliverable versions (see Expected Results)
Maintain a premium, modern, clean, outdoor/action lifestyle visual style throughout
Avoid cheesy 3D phone spins, neon tech effects, cartoon graphics, fake-looking dashboards, or generic corporate explainer styles

Requirements

Proficiency in UI animation and motion graphics
Experience with SaaS, app, or product demo animation
Figma-to-video workflow capability
Proficiency in After Effects or equivalent professional animation software
Video editing skills
Strong typography, smooth transitions, and visual pacing
Ability to present both mobile and desktop UI

Ownership

All final files, raw files, project files, animations, graphics, and source assets must be transferred upon completion. Work may not be posted publicly or used in a portfolio without written approval.
