About the Position

Veolia, a global leader in environmental services, is seeking a Polyvalent Operator in a Nuclear Environment (H/F) for its site in Epothémont, Grand Est, France. As part of Veolia Nuclear Solutions (VNS), you will be involved in innovative solutions for decarbonation, depollution, and resource regeneration.

Responsibilities

• Perform sorting, reconditioning, and cutting operations according to established procedures
• Conduct dismantling, treatment, and conditioning of waste
• Execute decontamination operations to reduce contamination levels
• Carry out first-level radiological controls
• Ensure first-level maintenance and radiological cleanliness of workstations
• Participate in performance follow-up meetings and propose improvements
• Guarantee strict adherence to safety, security, health, and environmental guidelines
• Ensure versatility across other services as needed (Maintenance…)
• Deputize the team leader during their absences (after training)

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment (motivated beginners welcome)
• Technical skills: mechanical, waste management, IT proficiency
• Interpersonal skills: teamwork, rigor, compliance with guidelines
• Preferred qualifications: RP1, Asbestos SS3/SS4
