About the Position
Operations Executive (up. 3k)
Location: Singapore

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and requirements from drivers & clients
- Responsible for order taking, route planning, and driver coordination
- Recruit, train, and induct employees to achieve and maintain a designed staffing pattern
- Manage driver and customer documentation and filing, update the database
- Consolidate orders to maximize the use of trucks and vehicles
- Ensure on-time connections from the warehouse
- Assist the manager in executing daily operations to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs and business results in the department
- Assist management in implementing new strategic initiatives and contribute ideas for scaling up operations
Requirements
- Experience in the logistics industry, warehouse, trucking company, or freight forwarding industry is a plus
- Project experience is a plus
- Proficient in typing in Chinese and English
- Fundamental knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Enthusiastic about logistics, technology, and e-commerce
- At least 1 year of logistics industry experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet peak deliverables
- Ability to work shift work, weekends, and public holidays
