About the Position

EnCon Search Services is urgently seeking a Registered Professional Engineer with 10 to 20 years’ experience in Transportation Engineering to join our well-established Civil Engineering firm headquartered in Northern Virginia. We have over 230 employees and eight offices across Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and North Carolina, providing expert resources to design, build, plan, and manage the successful delivery of our clients’ projects and programs.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple civil engineering design teams
Manage projects and communicate successfully with clients
Maintain excellent relationships with Maryland State Highway Authority

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
10 to 20 years of experience in Transportation Engineering design
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage office and projects

Compensation: Between $230,000 & $260,000 DOE plus bonuses
