Responsibilities

• Manage key European banking and payment processing partnerships.
• Lead SEPA and bank processing projects, enhancements, and operational initiatives.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for banks, processors, acquirers, and other payment partners.
• Manage operational issues and processing failures through to resolution.
• Drive strategic projects in partnership with Product and other internal teams.
• Manage partner performance, reporting, contractual requirements, and key KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment performance, cost, capabilities, and customer experience.
• Monitor regulatory and industry developments and ensure new requirements are incorporated into delivery roadmaps.
• Support commercial negotiations and strengthen strategic partner relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' SEPA/bank processing experience.
• Professional payments experience gained within a bank, payment network, processor, or fintech.
• Strong programme and project management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing external banking or payments partners.
• Good understanding of payments processing and cash management.
• Strong commercial negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently within a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent English.
