About the Position
We are looking for a People Partner to join our team in a Hybrid role. This position is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in HR roles such as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-growing environment like digital, iGaming, or affiliate sectors.
Responsibilities
- Implement a full cycle of HR processes for entrusted teams.
- Onboard HR process managers and train existing managers.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and identify team needs.
- Provide monthly analytics to managers.
- Report on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Handle executive requests regarding their teams.
- Adapt policies and procedures to team specifics.
- Organize events to boost team spirit.
- Develop ideas to strengthen corporate culture and employer brand.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience supporting managers and teams on HR-related matters.
- Strong understanding of key HR processes and tools.
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of autonomy, accountability, and proactivity.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Understanding of psychology, motivation, and emotional intelligence.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and modern HR technologies.
- Ability to adapt HR processes to business needs.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
