About the Position
People Partner
Location: Cyprus, Poland, Ukraine
Work Type: Hybrid
We are seeking a dedicated People Partner to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with over 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a digital, iGaming, affiliate, or other fast-growing environments.
Responsibilities
- Implement a full cycle of HR processes for entrusted teams.
- Onboard HR process managers and train existing managers.
- Monitor employee satisfaction levels and identify team needs.
- Provide monthly analytics to managers.
- Report on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Handle executive requests regarding their teams.
- Adapt policies and procedures to team specifics.
- Propose and organize events to boost team spirit.
- Develop new ideas to strengthen corporate culture and employer brand.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
