Private Banker Hasselt Entrepreneurs & Executives

Join ING Bank's growing private banking team in Hasselt, Belgium, as a Private Banker specializing in entrepreneurs and executives. Be part of a strong, talented team dedicated to expanding our private banking services.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Guide high-net-worth clients (entrepreneurs & executives) with assets over €500,000 through a holistic approach to protect and grow their wealth.
• Portfolio Expansion: Develop a private banking client portfolio by providing tailored advice on wealth management, financial planning, credits, and taxation based on clients' personal situations, plans, and priorities.
• Client Portfolio Management: Manage a personal client portfolio of approximately 100 families by optimizing client relationships and ensuring retention.
• Client Acquisition: Attract new clients within the private banking segment, including participation in public relations activities.
• Collaboration: Maintain close cooperation with various internal entities involved in private banking (Asset Management, Wealth Analysis and Planning) by working with staff from the regional commercial network and the Business Center Midcorp.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Experience in investments and portfolio management.
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of legal, financial, and tax matters, ideally with client base of entrepreneurs and managers.
• Skills: Assertiveness and flexibility, ability to present complex matters in an accessible way, broad general knowledge to communicate effectively about clients' activities and interests.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written), and solid knowledge of French and English.
