Proactive Junior Recruiter

About the Position

We are looking for a Proactive Junior Recruiter to join our team at Stormotion. As our projects grow, so does our need for specialists to deliver them successfully. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening our recruitment efforts and bringing more talented individuals on board.

Responsibilities

• Searching for, pre-selecting, and interviewing potential candidates for various IT roles (both tech roles like React Native or Nest.js developers and non-tech roles like lead generation specialists or copywriters).
• Generating ideas for sourcing potential candidates (LinkedIn, social media, job boards, Upwork, different channels, etc).
• Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining the Candidate Databases.
• Performing routine tasks to support the recruitment process.
• Assisting with internal company activities.

Requirements

• Being a human-oriented person who values healthy communication and is driven by finding the right people.
• Experience in talent sourcing with proven success cases.
• Experience in conducting interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit (would be a plus).
• An educational background in Informational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (would be a plus).
• Proficiency in English (B2).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• A highly organized, self-motivated, curious, and proactive approach to process improvement.
• Being digitally native, accurate, and loving working with data and spreadsheets.
