About the Position
Experian Marketing Services (EMS), a global provider of integrated consumer insights, targeting, data quality, and cross-channel marketing technologies, is leading the way in digital marketing and data analytics. The EMS Global Product Management team manages our marketing products, driving the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. The product management team seeks an experienced Product Analyst to develop prioritization frameworks for the product group and measure success and ROI on product investments. In this role, the product analyst will build models as inputs into prioritization, develop clear success criteria, and report on product and feature KPIs. Additionally, the product analyst will conduct root cause analysis on any features or products not meeting goals to determine a course of action to improve the product.
Responsibilities
- Develop prioritization framework and ensure justification metrics are clearly captured for all feature requests.
- Determine KPIs for each feature and mechanism to measure KPIs.
- Maintain a product scorecard indicating goals and actual measurements for product ROI.
- Analyze features that are not meeting success thresholds and develop recommendations to improve product adoption and utilization.
- Apply learnings to the prioritization framework to inform future decisions.
Requirements

Experience required
- 3+ years’ experience in a product strategy, product analyst, portfolio management, business analyst, product management, or finance role with direct experience working on prioritization frameworks, ROI, product scorecards, and scoring models.
- Experience working with product management, product marketing, sales, and client services teams with the aptitude to understand business drivers. Management consulting experience is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to sift through large quantities of data and clearly articulate the key insights that matter most.
- Must be self-started, have strong attention to detail, and be confident with ambiguity.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with software-as-a-service, digital marketing, CRM, campaign management, marketing automation, data management, or digital analytics technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
