About the Position

We guide founders through the most critical stage of building a business-turning their idea into a functional, market-ready MVP. Using our proven 4-Step Framework, we’ve helped startups across industries validate, launch, and scale. Responsibilities

• Transform MVP blueprints into well-designed, functional products by following our 4-Step Framework and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Craft detailed user stories and design intuitive web and mobile UX/UI in Figma.
• Collaborate directly with founders and developers to align on delivery priorities and execution.
• Plan and scope follow-on features and improvements post-MVP based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Oversee testing and validate the product’s performance and functionality before delivery.

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering web and mobile applications.
• Strong skills in UX/UI design and Figma, including experience with design systems.
• Familiarity with writing clear, actionable user stories.
• Excellent English fluency in writing, reading, and speaking.
• A proactive mindset: you prioritize what’s essential, communicate clearly, and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to collaborate directly with founders and developers to bring ideas to life.

2. Portfolio & Experience Review – Send us your portfolio links (design work) and an overview of your experience. This is reviewed asynchronously.
3. 15-30 Minute Video Call – A conversation to get to know you, your values, and your experience.
4. Offer & Trial Period – If there’s a match, we sign the contract, and you’ll start with a 30-day trial period to see how we get along.
