About the Position
Join a skilled team at Asper Brothers, helping founders turn ideas into scalable products. We guide founders through the most critical stage of building a business-turning their idea into a functional, market-ready MVP. Responsibilities
- Develop clean, efficient, and scalable applications using React (Next.js) for the web and React Native for mobile.
- Collaborate with Product Architects to implement user stories, designs, and features following our 4-Step Framework and SOPs.
- Independently manage development tasks for projects-often as the sole developer on a project.
- Set up and deploy projects using Vercel for web and Expo/EAS for mobile.
- Work with Supabase for complete backends, real-time databases, authentication, and storage solutions.
- Use GitHub for version control and follow clean, structured workflows.
- Debug, test, and improve applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
- Strong experience with React and Next.js for building web applications.
- Proficiency in React Native for mobile application development.
- Experience working with design systems like Material UI or Native Paper.
- Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, and Expo/EAS.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of entire development projects.
- Proactive mindset: you solve problems, ask questions, and deliver quality code on time.
- Comfort working directly with Product Architects and clients to align on priorities.
- Excellent English fluency in writing, reading, and speaking-you’ll work with English-speaking clients.
