React/React Native Developer

About the Position

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, efficient, and scalable applications using React (Next.js) for the web and React Native for mobile.
• Collaborate with Product Architects to implement user stories, designs, and features following our 4-Step Framework and SOPs.
• Independently manage development tasks for projects-often as the sole developer on a project.
• Set up and deploy projects using Vercel for web and Expo/EAS for mobile.
• Work with Supabase for complete backends, real-time databases, authentication, and storage solutions.
• Use GitHub for version control and follow clean, structured workflows.
• Debug, test, and improve applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React and Next.js for building web applications.
• Proficiency in React Native for mobile application development.
• Experience working with design systems like Material UI or Native Paper.
• Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, and Expo/EAS.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of entire development projects.
• Proactive mindset: you solve problems, ask questions, and deliver quality code on time.
• Comfort working directly with Product Architects and clients to align on priorities.
• Excellent English fluency in writing, reading, and speaking-you’ll work with English-speaking clients.
