Then you might be our new Product Engineer!

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Deliver the final software product full-stack - from frontend to backend and beyond to production deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure the whole path of quality from unit testing to production monitoring.
• Implement features and initiatives according to the product roadmap.
• Take ownership of internal tooling development.
• Contribute to DevOps practices alongside the engineering team, helping maintain strong operational capability.
• Work closely with an Indian development team, leveraging AI in the development process.
• Collaborate primarily with internal stakeholders across the organization.
• Turn complex business logic into simple, elegant technical solutions.

Requirements

• Must-have

  • Senior-level background as a software developer, with +5 years of experience.
  • Experience with modern web development, REST API.
  • A production delivery mindset - you build production-ready solutions designed to last.
  • Understanding of how to build sustainable software products that meet customer needs in time while maintaining high technical quality.
  • Experience delivering solutions fulfilling non-functional technical requirements like maintainability, performance, security, observability.
  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work in an international environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish.

• Nice-to-have

  • Demonstrated experience designing or maintaining systems with extensive third-party integrations and complex data models.
  • Hands-on development experience with Angular, TypeScript, .NET, and C#.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, Power BI, and Fabric.
  • Familiarity with Windows server, IIS, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
