About the Position

Product Lead – Energy Platforms & Enabling Solutions | Brussels | 60% Remote

We are seeking a Senior Product Lead for Energy Platforms & Enabling Solutions to lead strategy, governance, and delivery in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

Strategic Success: Take responsibility for the strategic success of the product line, ensuring that the right problems are solved for customers, partners, and society, and that business outcomes are delivered for the company.
Strategy: Define and continuously refine the product line vision and strategy in alignment with the product cluster strategy. Translate the company's strategic priorities into clear product bets.
Execution: Lead the key ceremonies for the product line, enable continuous discovery and delivery, and represent the product line to senior leadership.
People & Governance: Coach and develop Product Managers and Product Owners, define clear roles and responsibilities, and set measurable KPIs for product success and team performance.
External Stakeholder Engagement: Lead stakeholder engagement for the products developed in the product line, set the agenda and content of engagement with clients and partners, and engage with regulators.

Product Management: 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record at senior or lead level.
Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex landscapes.
Content Knowledge: Knowledge of energy market structures, grid operations, or flexibility services. Experience with market design for regulated product environments.
Language: Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
