Product Manager

About the Position

My client is an innovative and technology-driven company that specializes in developing solutions for financial institutions. We are looking for a Product Manager who can optimize the performance of existing programs by identifying existing opportunities and new products. Current products include: consumer debit cards, business debit cards, ATM cards, PopMoney, and Transfer Now.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing existing card performance
• Analyzing existing card products to see how they meet customer needs
• Developing and improving existing strategies to improve usage, retention, and penetration
• Managing expenses
• Identifying new enhancements and programs
• Understanding the card industry (new products, developments, opportunities)
• Recommending new products/enhancements

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Financial and Product Management
• Experience in the Credit Card or Financial Services Industry
• Negotiating Contracts
• Product Ownership
