Product Manager - Doctor Partnerships (m/w/d)

About the Position

We are seeking a Product Manager - Doctor Partnerships (m/w/d) to drive our platform's integration with key partners and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement the product roadmap for our partner integrations.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue product opportunities to enhance our market presence and generate new revenue streams through strategic partnerships.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Design, Software Development, and Partnerships teams to optimize the entire doctor journey across all touchpoints.
• Product Backlog Management: Independently manage and strategically prioritize our product backlog based on the current roadmap.
• Reporting: Create detailed reports on product KPIs to ensure their continuous improvement.
• User Research: Utilize A/B testing and qualitative user research methods to enhance platform efficiency and improve conversion rates.
• Partner Communication: Maintain continuous communication with our partners to drive product development.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in product management, ideally in dynamic environments such as startups, e-commerce, or digital growth.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile environments with development teams (e.g., Scrum) and knowledge of ticket management systems like Jira.
• Communication Skills: Proven experience in direct communication with customers and partners, along with a confident and friendly demeanor.
• Analytical Approach: An analytical approach to product development based on hypotheses and data, with solid experience in complex software systems.
• User Research: Proficiency in various user research methods to develop a deep understanding of user needs.
• Languages: Native proficiency in German and fluency in English.
