Responsibilities

• Involvement in the project from definition to closure: participation in the definition, the study and the design of the projects, ensuring the execution of the projects and the administrative close-out.
• Execution and supervision of technical studies.
• Performing calculations, developing and monitoring budgets and planning of projects, taking into account the required and available resources and customer requests.
• Preparing tender documents and participating in the procurement process.
• Leading and coordinating the execution on site in cooperation with the colleagues involved within the group as well as suppliers, contractors, customers, etc.
• Communication and reporting on the progress of the project.
• Depending on experience, these tasks are taken on autonomously or under guidance; an extensive training programme is available.

Requirements

• Master's degree in electrical or electromechanical engineering, or equivalent through experience, with a strong interest in technology.
• Experience in project management and/or site supervision is a plus.
• Perfect command of French. Knowledge of the other national language (Dutch) is an important asset.
• Interest in the energy sector.
• Strong sense of responsibility and pronounced organisational skills.
• Communication skills with natural assertiveness and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Good team player with a good dose of resourcefulness.
• You live close to Brussels or Hainaut.

• Location: Brussels, Belgium (projects in the Hainaut region)
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week, 60% remote
• Workload: 100% (Monday to Friday)
• Start: 30.11.2026
• Duration: until 31.12.2027, 13 months
• Non-EU candidates: a valid work permit and residence permit for Belgium are required
