What You Can Expect

• As a Prüfungsleiter*in, you will be responsible for the technical leadership and motivation of project teams and will act as the central contact person for our clients. You will manage annual and consolidated financial statement audits in the financial services industry, particularly for banks and securities and financial services institutions in a national and international environment.
• Steep learning curve and close collaboration with experienced auditors.
• Perspective change through a stay abroad or the opportunity to participate in special audits under § 44 KWG on behalf of BaFin, such as organizational, credit, or coverage audits.
• Flexibility and variety thanks to mobile and hybrid working as well as working in the office.
• Additionally, you will benefit from a transparent overtime regulation, subsidized value accounts for a longer break, and 30 days of vacation per year. Furthermore, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are non-working days.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's/Master's degree and relevant professional experience in the annual financial statement audit of banks and/or financial services providers according to HGB and/or in the audit of reporting packages according to IFRS.
• Initial management experience combined with a pronounced communication ability.
• Analytical mindset and high problem-solving competence.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• High degree of performance readiness, service orientation, and self-initiative.
