We are seeking a Python AI engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Europe, working remotely to develop and optimize AI-driven tax processing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI-driven tax processing solutions
• Collaborate within the PwC team and present the results to the clients
• Integrate and manage multiple modules of the enterprise platform
• Ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end using Rest APIs and SignalR

Requirements / Must Haves

• 5+ years of experience with developing Python applications
• Strong Python development
• FastAPI (or similar modern API framework)
• SQL Server and ORM experience
• Experience with Azure App Services, Function Apps, Blob Storage, Kubernetes, Service Bus, etc.
• Knowledge of event-driven processing patterns
• Hands-on LLM API integration
• Practical RAG implementation experience
• Prompt engineering and structured outputs
• Experience debugging and optimizing AI-generated code
• Regular use of GitHub Copilot / Cursor for development
• Familiarity with Evaluation Frameworks and GenAI Metrics
• Experience with LLMOps/AIOps (benchmarking, drift detection, guardrails)

Remote vs Onsite

99% remote; mandatory attendance to planning sessions/workshops four times a year.
