About the Position

We are seeking a Python AI engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Europe, working remotely to develop and optimize AI-driven tax processing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI-driven tax processing solutions
- Collaborate within the PwC team and present the results to the clients
- Integrate and manage multiple modules of the enterprise platform
- Ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end using Rest APIs and SignalR
Requirements / Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience with developing Python applications
- Strong Python development
- FastAPI (or similar modern API framework)
- SQL Server and ORM experience
- Experience with Azure App Services, Function Apps, Blob Storage, Kubernetes, Service Bus, etc.
- Knowledge of event-driven processing patterns
- Hands-on LLM API integration
- Practical RAG implementation experience
- Prompt engineering and structured outputs
- Experience debugging and optimizing AI-generated code
- Regular use of GitHub Copilot / Cursor for development
- Familiarity with Evaluation Frameworks and GenAI Metrics
- Experience with LLMOps/AIOps (benchmarking, drift detection, guardrails)

Remote vs Onsite
99% remote; mandatory attendance to planning sessions/workshops four times a year.

We Expect You to Have
