Python Developer (Odoo)

About the Position

We are looking for a Python Developer (Odoo) to join an international telecommunications company operating one of Europe's largest private fiber-optic networks, connecting businesses across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

In this role, you'll contribute to the development and evolution of the company's internal ERP ecosystem based on Odoo. You'll work on backend development, business process automation, system integrations, and ERP customization, collaborating with business stakeholders and engineering teams to build scalable internal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend functionality using Python
• Customize and extend Odoo modules to support business requirements
• Build integrations between Odoo and internal or third-party systems using APIs
• Design and implement business logic to automate operational processes
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries and improve application performance
• Participate in system upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ERP platform
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure long-term platform stability

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial Python development experience
• Experience with Odoo development or customization
• Experience working with JavaScript in Odoo or other web applications
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL
• Experience building REST APIs and integrations
• Understanding of OOP principles and software design patterns
• Ability to work independently in a distributed international team
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
