Responsibilities
- Apply QA standards to ensure product quality and reliability
- Review and analyze business requirements, specifications and technical design documents
- Document test cases and create test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Ensure consistent test coverage across key functional and regression areas
- Report bugs and errors using Jira
- Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to clarify and report bugs
- Other related responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Willingness to learn software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Communication skills; ability to interact effectively with clients and project team members
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies
- Strong written English skills, combined with good verbal communication
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (preferably Katalon)
- Experience with issue tracking tools (preferably Jira)
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
