Recruiter (Test)

We’re looking for a talented Recruiter who is passionate about finding top talent, closing vacancies quickly, and making the hiring process comfortable and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle-from understanding business needs to successful offer acceptance
- Close both technical and non-technical positions
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and evaluate candidates for culture fit
- Strengthen the employer brand through events, content, and community activities
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve hiring quality
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in active recruiting
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray Search, ATS platforms, and AI-powered sourcing tools
- Analytical mindset and a genuine love for metrics and data
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
- Ability to work from our Kyiv office
