About the Position
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant for Engineering & Manufacturing to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. Engage in active sales and build strong business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Realization of recruitment projects
- Active sales of personal consulting services
- Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with Clients and Candidates in the B2B channel
- Searching for and acquiring the best Candidates using various methods and tools, including Direct and Executive Search
- Drafting recruitment advertisements, monitoring, and updating the electronic Candidate database
- Independently leading recruitment projects
- Maintaining positive relationships with Candidates
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and sales in the Engineering & Manufacturing/Technical Sales sector or related fields
- Ability to discover talent in Candidates (we can't wait to see what talent you will discover in yourself!)
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Independence, thoroughness, and openness to daily challenges
- Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to work in a dynamic market environment
- Higher education (we are open to candidates who are still studying)
