Thanks to this, casting specialists quickly find truly talented candidates, travelers instantly get the best ticket prices for flights from more than 70 airlines, and clients have access to loan products and financial instruments with one click from anywhere in the world.
We are looking for a Reklāmguvumu Optimizācijas Speciālists/-i for our rapidly growing Trevolution unit projects (ASAP Tickets, Skylux Travel, etc.), which cover more than 2 million visitors per month and are represented in the USA, Canada, and other markets. This position requires a combination of creativity and excellent data analysis skills to identify growth opportunities related to website advertising and customer retention metrics in our travel business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and manage key advertising points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls to action, lead capture forms, and ad copy, reporting;
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior: extract broader data from analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand user paths, identify drop-off points, and discover growth opportunities;
- Develop and prioritize CRO hypotheses: based on the analysis performed, formulate data-driven hypotheses on what will improve advertising performance and prioritize them based on potential impact;
- Develop and implement A/B tests: develop compelling test variants, set up and manage A/B testing platforms, and ensure statistically significant results;
- Analyze test results and derive insights: interpret A/B test data, draw actionable conclusions, and translate them into practical recommendations for website improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: designers, developers, and marketing colleagues to implement your optimization recommendations and track progress;
- Stay ahead of trends: research and familiarize yourself with the latest CRO trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve your skills;
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners about any necessary technical input, including any data flows, scripts, etc.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in advertising optimization;
- Good understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing methods and principles;
- Experience in web analytics, session recording, heatmaps, testing, and data visualization tools (GA4, GTM, Google Optimize, Hotjar, FullStory, etc.) will be considered an advantage;
- Strategic mindset – focus on actions that can deliver desired results;
- Good verbal and written communication skills (in English);
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams: design, development, marketing;
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment with minimal supervision;
- Offline advertising tracking experience will be considered an advantage.
There are no templates here, we are flexible and approach each candidate individually. During the interview, we try to understand how your work experience, professional skills, and future contribution to the company could be applied to our many business projects.
We do not want to set any limits, as much will depend on your tenure and previous experience. But speaking of numbers, the starting monthly salary for this position is at least 2500 EUR before tax.
