Responsibilities

• Exploitation / Chantiers: Supervise and manage the planning of projects to ensure smooth execution, optimize resources, guarantee safety, and maximize profitability. Ensure proper administration of projects.
• Equipment: Plan and monitor preventive maintenance of equipment and vehicles, ensure their availability, control operational supplies, and ensure compliance with regulations by operating personnel (licenses, certifications...).
• Commercial: Ensure the proper execution of contracts or services and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Management: Supervise operational teams, optimize skills deployment on projects, review daily reports, and handle feedback from teams at the end of the day.
• Staff Management: Recruit, integrate, conduct annual interviews, maintain employee skills and certifications, define training plans, foster team cohesion, lead operational meetings, and act as an interface between all agency services.
• QHSE: Apply and enforce safety instructions and operating procedures, participate in the development of prevention plans, conduct safety briefings, report dangerous situations, near misses, and alert hierarchy in case of serious and imminent danger.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in waste management, industrial maintenance, logistics, or public works.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
• Ability to take initiative, manage stress, and adapt to situations quickly (managerial, commercial, technical, safety...).
• Recognized for your communication skills and team spirit.
• A good sense of commerce and a service culture.
• Knowledge of waste legislation is a plus.
