RFP Presentation Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an RFP Presentation Manager with 6+ years of experience in RFPs, Business Development, Marketing, or related fields for a role in the Investment Management Industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, concise, and targeted written content for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, corporate, and product presentations, external fund benchmark databases, rankings, and ad hoc requests
• Develop and enhance marketing materials and presentations
• Articulate a coherent, logical, and compelling storyline aligning with brand
• Manage workflow associated with receiving and prioritizing tasks
• Coordinate with internal parties to receive information and feedback, review outputs for accuracy and completeness, and facilitate compliance approvals
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to manage on-time delivery across multiple items and navigate among competing priorities and deadlines
• Maintain a library of best-in-class business development content
• Review final materials to ensure clean delivery and the accurate final product

Requirements

• At least 6 years of solid experience in RFPs, Business Development, Marketing, or related field
• Must have worked in Investment Management / Asset Management sector in the past
• Preferably with Real Estate Investment experience
• Excellent writing and editing skills required with demonstrated expertise in a content development role

• Salary Bracket: £70K-£80K
