Sales and Client Engagement Manager at Training Center

Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Reaching out to customers to promote and offer the upcoming training events
• Coordination with account managers for offering corporate solutions
• Serving as a single point of contact between the customer and finance/legal department regarding the invoices, sales contracts, and other formalities
• Handling the incoming requests for trainings
• Placing purchase orders with our training partners
• Overseeing the procurement process
• Maintaining CRM records

Training Event Coordination

• Communication with training event participants (sending welcome letters, receiving organizational inquiries, and, if necessary, engaging other colleagues to resolve the matter)
• Informing relevant colleagues (finance, tech department, and office managers) about the upcoming training events
• Support and coordination of the training event

Marketing Support

• Performing the communication activities
• Maintaining content of the Training Center website

Requirements

• Client needs-oriented approach
• Proven experience in sales (at least 2 years): communication with clients, coordination of the sales process with the finance and legal departments
• A proactive, self-motivated individual with results-oriented mindset
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• English proficiency (intermediate level or higher)

Nice to Have

• Experience in selling training and educational products
• Background in IT and Cybersecurity
• Experience in marketing and communication activities, such as social media posts
• Familiarity with analytical and advertising tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WIX analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
• Proficiency in written Polish communication
