Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers (prospecting)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Understand customer pain points and business needs
- Present the company’s product/service value proposition clearly
Our Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in the local market language min. C1 for internal communication.
- Working proficiency in English B1–B2 for internal communication.
- Confident in handling outreach calls, video meetings, and active prospecting.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on delivering value to the client.
- Ambitious, proactive, and driven by results and professional growth.
