Responsibilities

• Qualify leads generated by our marketing team
• Conduct multi-channel outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and more
• Build and refine outreach sequences through hypothesis testing and measurement
• Actively contribute to shaping SDR processes in a fast-growing startup
• Top-performing SDRs have the opportunity to transition into an Account Executive role within months

Requirements

• Near-native / C2 French proficiency; good English
• 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, B2B SaaS preferred
• Naturally competitive, driven to maximize output, and motivated by uncapped commission

• €60,000–70,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)
